• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

• After verification, we will provide a FREE replacement at no extra cost.

• Refunds are only issued if the replacement product is not available in stock.

• We do not accept returns for personal reasons such as change of mind or dislike after delivery.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

• This store accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery is not available.
